Proud to announce that the sixth and last group of four teachers (Ana Estremoz, Ana Marques, Helena Prates, and F\u00e1tima Nave), on behalf of the Erasmus+ Programme “O processo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica do AEBA – capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de docentes” (which foresaw three courses and six mobilities involving twenty-four teachers), is already in Barcelona to attend the course \u201cHappy Schools: Positive Education for Well-Being and Life-Skills Development” at the Europass Teacher Academy. The course \u201cwill introduce participants both to Positive Psychology fundamentals, presenting the most relevant international theories and references, and to Positive Education theories and techniques. During the course, participants will also be introduced to mindfulness as an opportunity to train their minds, drive attention to present moments, relax, achieve goals, and boost a certain level of self-awareness.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Moreover, as part of the European Green Deal goals, such as achieving sustainable growth and climate neutrality by 2050, the new Erasmus+ Programme aims to become greener and more sustainable. Therefore, our beloved teachers chose a \u201cgreen travel\u201d option, and they left Portugal to Madrid by coach and so, they were able to visit the city’s historical centre before catching the train to Barcelona.
