Os professores Ana Rita Correia, Armindo Serra, Carmo Martins, Teresa Ramos e Sandra Silva encontram-se em Hels\u00ednquia para realizarem forma\u00e7\u00e3o integrada no Programa Erasmus+ “O processo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica do AEBA – capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de docentes”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre 20 e 26 de novembro, aqueles docentes frequentam o curso \u201cStudent-centered learning and 21st century skills”, que alia a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de aprendizagens e compet\u00eancias profissionais ao conhecimento da  cultura do pa\u00eds anfitri\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acolhidos por um magn\u00edfico manto de neve, logo no domingo os docentes iniciaram as atividades de rece\u00e7\u00e3o e de integra\u00e7\u00e3o  bem como de explora\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade atrav\u00e9s de um \u201camazing race\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No dia seguinte, foi tempo de conhecer o sistema educativo finland\u00eas e de o comparar com os sistemas educativos em que se inserem os professores que frequentaram este workshop: Portugal e Noruega. Seguidamente, os elementos de cada pa\u00eds presente fizeram uma EduFair, com o objetivo de mostrarem um pouco do seu pa\u00eds, do seu concelho e da sua escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finland welcomes training teachers from Boa \u00c1gua School<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A group of five teachers – Ana Rita Correia, Armindo Serra, Carmo Martins, Teresa Ramos and Sandra Silva – were in Helsinki for an Erasmus+ teacher training programme under the title \u201cInnovative pedagogical process in AEBA – teachers\u2019 capacity-building\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 20th through 26th November, these teachers attended an in-service training course called \u201cStudent-centered learning and 21st century skills\u201d, that combines the development of training and professional skills with a better understanding of the culture of the host country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday morning a beautiful mantle of snow greeted the Portuguese teachers, and then the course introduction started with some networking activities and an \u201cAmazing Race\u201d in the streets of Helsinki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following day there was the opportunity to learn about the Finnish education system and to cross-check it with the Portuguese and Norwegian education systems, the two countries represented in this course. Afterwards, there was \u201cEduFair 2022\u201d in which Finland, Portugal and Norway showcased a brief overview of each country, region and school of origin.<\/p>\n\n\n
